Som Programme Manager for vores talentprogram ”Young Professionals”, havde jeg fornøjelsen at samarbejde med INNER ACTION.
Formålet med talentprogrammet var at sikre positiv udvikling i talenternes performance og adfærd, både fagligt og personligt.

I den sammenhæng arbejdede jeg tæt sammen med Claus Lehmann og Gunhild Røy, omkring løbende optimering af programmets læringsmål, indhold og leverancer.
De er meget professionelle og har fokus på at levere resultater. De er altid løsningsorienterede og meget fleksible, også med korte deadlines.

INNER ACTIONS styrker er uden tvivl deres ”High Impact Learning” tilgang.
De har en praktisk og konkret tilgang til læring og planlægger varierende uddannelsesdage, hvor deltagerne aktivt involveres gennem dialog, simulationer, teamwork og refleksion, altid med link til deltagernes aktuelle situation og virksomhedens forretning og kunder.

Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at have INNER ACTION som leverandør på samtlige af mine projektledelseskurser i min tid som leder af Siemens Wind Powers PMO i supply chain. Vi udviklede i samarbejde en lang række kurser der havde til hensigt at understøtte og udbrede en nyudviklet proces og projektmodel samt give mere end 300 ansatte et løft i deres kompetencer i forbindelse med projektledelse. Kurserne blev udviklet så de var 100 % tilpasset Siemens´ processer og Inner Actions evne til at forstå vores situation og behov var imponerende.

Som ansvarlig for Danfoss RAC globale PMO, består en væsentlig del af mit arbejde i at lede og sikre at det pågældende team af projektledere, er rustet til at imødekomme den udfordrende hverdag som en 3D-organisations-matrix indeholder.

En af de vigtigste discipliner for at kunne levere i en kompleks organisation som vores, er specielt den kommunikative del. En projektleder skal kunne håndtere, informere, involvere og motivere interessenter på alle ledelsesniveauer. En disciplin indenfor kommunikation er ’præsentation’ – og her gælder det om at kunne formulere sig kort og præcis. I teamet blev vi enige om at vi havde brug for at blive endnu bedre ift. at præsentere kritiske situationer til ledelsen.

Vi valgte her at søge sparing og support hos Inner Action. Her blev vi mødt af et top professionel team, som meget hurtigt forstod vores job, hverdag og udfordringer. Det var altafgørende ift. hurtigt at komme til kernen – nemlig at arbejde med at forbedre hver projektleders evne til at fremlægge komplekse problemstillinger for et krævende publikum. I have participated in several trainings with Inner Action as the training provider – such as Effective Meetings, Presentation Technique, Communication, Meeting facilitation and Project Management training. All trainings has been very interesting and with extremely competent trainers/instructors.

Especially the Project Management training gave me a lot! Not only about tools to use, but it also developed my personal skills – e.g. how to manage stakeholder with different personality types and different interests in the project, how to handle conflicts within the project team and how to get back on track if things goes wrong.
